JB Surveys offices are in Twickenham which is ideally located and served by the motorway network for easy access to the Home Counties and Central London. JB Surveys is a multi-disciplinary practice undertaking a diverse workload. We specialise in the undertaking of topographical surveys and measured building surveys of commercial, industrial and residential properties. We are commissioned by architects, developers, consulting engineers and contractors who are involved in refurbishment projects and the re-cycling of existing building stock to an alternative new use. We also have a building design section. Projects have included a new detached dwelling in Bosham, Sussex, refurbishment and change of use of a shop unit to a wine bar with two floors of accommodation and a loft conversion located on Twickenham Green. The design of residential extensions guiding clients through conceptual design, Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval are also undertaken. Party Wall Awards and structural calculations, where applicable, are procured in house. JB Surveys started trading in January 1998 and are always looking to expand our client base which includes Laing Homes, Interior PLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank. We are equipped with Leica TCR 307 reflectorless survey stations and associated software for producing building elevations. All surveys are processed using Autocad software and may be issued in Autocad DWG or DXF format and as hard copies on paper or film plots.
